What a day. Hail, sun, rain and wind and gusts. Head wind all the way.

Left the B&B for 08:30 for 08:45 brief after porridge and toast.

Rode up the shores of loch lomond for 20 odd miles then a few miles of steady 2-3% inclines going up and then down.

First brew stop which i stupidly said ill just leave the eating for now and just have a hot chocolate. Bad mistake that was!

Hungry until the lunch stop and fed on jelly babies. Lunch was only 3 sandwiches and soup! So the next brew stop on top of the hill shown here:

Ate loads there then headed off into fierce wind and hailstorm for 15 miles on and off. Bad weather wise.

Arrived at Glen Coe ready for tonights 3 course meal.

69 miles
1051mtrs of climbing
