Training Rides


To support riders who want to go beyond the regular riding of the club run - we organise training rides on a regular basis. These are aimed at improving speed and technique whilst developing team skills and riding closely as a group. We generally hold a regular Wednesday night session however please check status as these depend on race commitments and weather conditions.

Wednesday nights are designed as a short and intense 1hr interval session. We meet on the coast at Ryhope and ride seven laps of a circuit. We ride as a pace line round most of the course.  Check out a sample run 7pm @ Ryhope B&Q

Coached Sessions

We are running a series of coaching sessions starting Sunday January 24th 2016. The sessions will be arranged according to ability and interest. Contact us at if you would like to take part.
