Sunderland Clarion is the oldest cycling club in
the Sunderland area with its roots going back into the late 1800's
when
it was formed as a section of the National Clarion Cycling
Club. The club
has a long tradition of both sport and leisure cycling which
continues
today with members competing in both road racing and time trials.
Club
members are mainly road cyclists although some of us do some off
road
racing as well. If you are a keen cyclist in the Sunderland area,
why
not come along to one of our meetings are held on the first
Wednesday of
every month at the Boldon Community Centre, New Road, Boldon
from 7:45pm to 9:00pm.
